Refund policy

Returns:

At Excel we accept returns on items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received it, in the same packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or an incorrect item, which would need to be followed with an Image of the product.

How to Return:

• Contact our customer service team at Exceldnn@gmail.com
  with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your item back to.
  
• Pack the item securely, ensuring it’s in its original condition with all tags and original packaging.
  
• Ship the item to the provided return address.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
