Shipping Method: We use a various shipping methods to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the package, as well as your location.

Countries: We ship to a number of different countries all around the world, you will be able to view which exact countries are available upon checkout.

Delivery Time: Orders are processed the same day if you order before 3 PM. Orders are then shipped as soon as able. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method is chosen at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our shipping couriers, International orders may take longer than expected as they may be held at customs to be reviewed before forwarded to you. 

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £25 within the UK. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Return Eligibility: For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
